Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We begin processing your order during our business hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-05:00)

*Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:

• New Year’s Day (January 1)
• Presidents’ Day (February 17)
• Memorial Day (May 26)
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Labor Day (September 1)
• Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
• Christmas Day (December 25)

We currently provide shipping services only within the continental United States. Due to various legal and logistical constraints, we cannot deliver to the following regions:

• APO/FPO military addresses
• International destinations

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 for all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Our pricing is designed to be simple, transparent, and without hidden costs.
