At Soft and Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, we’re ready to assist you through a simple and clear return process.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

  • All returns must be pre-authorized—items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for our email response with a confirmation and detailed return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping Policy

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • If returning due to change of mind or wrong item ordered, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • * A restocking fee will not be charged in any case (Return cost: $0.00)

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately and include the following in your email:

  • Photos of damaged or defective parts
  • Photo of incorrect item received (e.g., wrong color/design)
  • Photo of the size tag and full item with ruler (for size discrepancies)
  • Photo of the original shipping label

We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different item or size? For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original item separately.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item: If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 10 business days. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
